Where is my order confirmation email?
After you place your order with us, we’ll send two emails: an order confirmation email immediately after you complete your purchase, and a shipping confirmation email once your package has been shipped.
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please check your Spam.
If you used your phone number instead of an email address at checkout, you won’t receive a confirmation email. To ensure you receive your shipping confirmation—including your tracking number—please contact our Customer Support with the email address you’d like to add to your order.
Can i change my adress?
n case you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order ships.
In some cases, minimal address changes can be applied after the order ships.
Make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you want to change the address.
How long before my order ships?
It takes 2 to 3 Business Days to process and ship your order after you place it.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 5 business days after we process your order. However, if your product is low in stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 business days.
